Git-Trust

open-source corpus. The same repos. A different “top” list for every developer.

Git-Trust ranks repositories by whose stars you'd actually weight. It infers trust from the public star graph alone, counting who stars a repo, not how many stars it has.

This snapshot holds 35,087 repositories, 8,190 developers and 46,893 stars.

How to read these rankings

Rankings here are always reported against a named viewer — a community, or an individual's position in the star graph. Every ranking anywhere is relative to some population; this one says whose view it reports, so an answer drawn from it can be attributed and checked.

What the numbers are not: verified truth, a judgment of anyone's character, a rating, or an endorsement. A star is not an endorsement. They are graph evidence from a selected, precomputed snapshot of GitHub, not a complete or live index of it.
